My consulting activity aims to improve the wineries’ economic performance by increasing profit, not by increasing only     costs. This is why part of my job is dedicated to operational analysis. Work is usually only offered or accepted after a brief evaluation of the potential cost-benefit ratio, which is discussed with the customer. This is also why these fees are only a rough guide
